Lisa T. Wahler
Lisa Wahler is Associate General Counsel at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Before coming to Rutgers in 2002, Lisa was a Deputy Attorney General for New Jersey's Department of Law and Public Safety representing, among other clients, the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and the Department of Environmental Protection.

She started her career in private practice at McCarter & English where she specialized in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Lisa has taught litigation skills as a faculty member of the New Jersey Attorney General's Advocacy Institute and, in 2003, was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court's Office of Attorney Ethics to membership in a District Ethics Committee. Lisa has a B.A., M.A. and J.D from Rutgers and was Research Editor for the Rutgers Law Review.
