Michael Nagy
Senior Associate General Counsel
Michael Nagy provides counsel on transactional matters and related litigation and intellectual property issues for the University’s Office of Research and Economic Development, including the Office of Research Commercialization and the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.
Prior to joining Rutgers, Mr. Nagy was Licensing Counsel at two multinational pharmaceutical corporations, Wyeth and Pfizer, Inc., where he advised senior management in the global business development department on complex commercial agreements. Mr. Nagy received a B.S. in Pharmacy from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden. Mr. Nagy is admitted to the State Bars of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
