Mitchell Levine

Mitchell Levine focuses his practice on litigation and labor and employment matters.  Before joining Rutgers, Mitchell was a Director in the Labor and Employment Group in Legal Management at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, handling labor and employment matters for the various units and entities, including, but not limited to, University Hospital, New Jersey Medical School, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, School of Dental Medicine, School of Health Related Professions, School of Nursing, School of Public Health, University Behavioral Health Care, and University Correctional Health Care. 

Mitchell has a B.A. from Rutgers University (Rutgers College), where he majored in Labor Studies and Employment Relations. While a student at Rutgers, he served as an undergraduate teacher's assistant for the Introduction to Labor Studies course. He received a J.D. from New York Law School.  Mitchell was a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law treatise.
