Mitchell Levine
Senior Associate General Counsel
Mitchell Levine handles and oversees labor and employment matters for the various units and entities at Rutgers, including, but not limited to, New Jersey Medical School, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, School of Dental Medicine, School of Health Related Professions, School of Nursing, School of Public Health, University Behavioral Health Care, and University Correctional Health Care.
Mr. Levine received a B.A. from Rutgers University (Rutgers College), where he majored in Labor Studies and Employment Relations. While a student at Rutgers, he served as an undergraduate teacher's assistant for the Introduction to Labor Studies course. He received a J.D. from New York Law School. Mr. Levine was a contributing editor to The Developing Labor Law treatise.
